Orangina Schweppes Poland, part of Santora Beverage & Food Europe, is a manufacturer and distributor of beverages in Poland. The company has been in the Polish market since 2013, and its three main brands are Orangina, Schweppes, and Dr. Pepper.

Business Needs

Orangina Schweppes Poland needed a system to manage mobile sales, including route planning, product management, order capture, and field surveys conducted on mobile devices. The company also expected that customer data would be integrated with SAP R/3 systems and distributors.

Because there are a large number of points of sale throughout the country, the organization wanted to make their route plans more efficient and monitor how their representatives implemented plans. As also enhancing the whole sales process itself.

Solution and Benefits

This system allows Orangina to use PoS geolocation to create better route plans, capture retail orders and directly integrate them into their distributors’ platform, and assess merchandise performance, in-store KPI, planning, and sales targets in real-time. The implementation took place in a close cooperation with the sales department, which allowed the system to be very user-friendly and was easily adapted by the salesman.
