Nexera owns and operates one of the world’s most extensive fiber backbones. Nexera was looking to extend and optimise their Salesforce functionality for their opportunity management, order processing and customer service business functions.

Challenge

Nexera selected Enxoo due to our experience in other telecommunications business transformation projects, particularly regarding our knowledge of wholesale services.
To solve the business challenges, Enxoo suggested Enxoo CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and our additional telco industry framework; two of our innovative products built on the Salesforce platform, specifically developed with B2B telecommunications sales in mind.

Solution

NEXERA had chosen a Sales-force® native solution – Enxoo for Communications, providing automation in fields of customer management, product management, request handling, over preparation, order fulfillment, network management, billing, service assurance, as well as reporting. The solution was fully customized, including some functionalities, such as order management or billing and invoicing, developed especially for NEXERA.

To provide a full and seamless automation of all NEX-ERA’s processes, Enxoo not only implemented Enxoo for Communications BSS but also integrated it with implemented at the same time CROSS Network Intelligence – an OSS network management system. Enxoo for Communications is an intuitive and easy-to-use solution for NEXERA and their wholesale customers’ teams – T-Mobile, Orange, and OSE (Ogólnopolska Sieć Edukacyjna – Nation-wide Educational Network), who use it for order submissions.


Benefits

Through implementing the Enxoo CPQ solution, Nexera now has an innovative and intuitive tool for creating quotes that empowers the end-user to select and configure products for a quote without requiring help from technical personnel.

This has significantly reduced the amount of time in getting a quote to the customer.
